Brewing Instructions

For Tea powders

Aloha Chai, Garden Isle mint, Wahine, NS Punch (Enjoy 1-5+ times a day)

For hot tea (single serving)

Option 1. Add 1/2 tsp of tea powder to 6-12oz hot water, stir in, let steep and enjoy.

Option 2. (Quick option )Add 1/2 tsp of tea powder to 3-6oz boiling water, stir in, add additional 2-6 oz room temp water, enjoy right now!

Option 3. (Latte option) add 6 oz hot water to 1/2 tsp tea powder, stir in, add 2-4 oz of milk or milk substitute to drink, add honey or maple syrup to taste, enjoy!
Note: teas are pleasant tasting not to weak or too strong at ratio from 1/2 tsp per 6-12oz. Personal preference will decide how you choose to brew your naikela tea powder.

For cold tea

Option 1. Add 1/2 tsp tea powder to 6-8 oz of room temp water, stir in, add ice and drink right now!
Option 2. (3 + servings) Add tablespoon tea powder to 32oz mason jar (or other), let sit over night (or for 4 hrs) drink whenever you visit the fridge!

For room temp tea/ supplement

Add 1/2 tsp tea powder to 8-16 oz water, stir in and throw it back.

Kauai+Cleanse+Main

For Kauai Cleanse

Kauai Cleanse contains papaya leaf, which contains the papain enzyme. This super molecule is very effective at all things GI tract (combat microform overgrowth, rebuild healthy flora)but it will be damaged  by scalding water!! We recommend not making this one hot, or at least if you’d like to utilize the benefit of papaya leaf have it cold or room temp. Enjoy 1-5 times a day.

Our favorite: Add 1/2 tsp Kauai Cleanse powder to 12-16 oz of water, drink it down !

For Hemp Infused Tea Powders

For Loose Leaf Teas

Oolong, Green, Antiviral and others ( these teas can be re-brewed, we reccomend placing tea grounds into fridge to be used again at later time), (Oolong and Green (Camelia Sinensis) are definitely to be rebrewed as second batch can be stronger than first).

Option 1. Add teaspoon of loose leaf tea to tea strainer or stainless mesh, pour 16oz (small tea pot )boiling water over tea and completely cover tea with liquid. Allow to steep for 5 min , pour into small tea cup to sample, enjoy.

Option 2. Bring 16oz water to boil, add teaspoon of loose tea, remove from heat, stir, pour contents of pot through mesh or strainer, steep for 5 min, enjoy.
Option 3. French Press- Add loose tea to french press, add 16 oz scalding water into press, push down press steep til temp is drinkable, enjoy.

Kratom- Dosing and Preparation

In determining what strain and amount is best for you, consider what you are looking for; Stimulation, Euphoria, Analgesia (pain killer), Relaxation, or Sedation. Each of our varieties contains the effects of each. However, here is a breakdown per strain that we offer and the suggested use and serving size:

WIld Harvested Borneo Red or Yellow

Suggested serving size:
Small dose – ¼-½ teaspoon for Mood boosting, mental clarity, and overcoming fatigue.
Med/Lrg. Dose- ¾-1 tsp for Analgesia, Relaxation and Sedation.

Caution: 2 grams (one teaspoon) 2X a day of Kratom would be the max dose for anyone under 250lbs. Our opinion- we have found that increasing the dose does not mean increasing the benefits or effects. Taking too much (more than 2 g/ 5 grams plus, a day collectively) will cause you to purge. Less is more!!!

Plantation Grown Green

Our most user friendly and a good starting variety for energy, mental clarity, overcoming fatigue,
and mild analgesic (pain killer).
Suggested serving size:
Small/ Med dose 1- 2 grams (start with ¼-½ teaspoon, work up to 1 teaspoon 1 or 2X daily).
Large dose- 3g (over full teaspoon) 1x daily

Kauai Kratom- TBD

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Kratom can have mild side effects. It is best to stay with a dose of 1-2g no more than 2X a day. Take 1-2g once or twice a day, for productivity, irritable bowel, anxiety and less severe symptoms. Side effects of taking too much may include one or more of the following: constipation, dizziness and at high doses of 3g+ you may get nausea/vomiting. You will normally throw up before consuming too high a dose for your body to handle. Stay hydrated and don’t mix Kratom with excessive alcohol, depressants, benzos, antidepressants, and opiates (makes you quit the bad stuff, your body will reject the above, best used with plant medicines only). Take plant medicines safely and responsibly.*
